01 / Who to contact
Aurevix Systems (Private) Limited is the owner-confirmed registered Pakistani company behind the Aurevix Systems website. We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our domain is aurevixsystems.com. For privacy questions, email info@aurevixsystems.com.
The owner has confirmed the registered company name. The final privacy-controller disclosures, any required registered-address or registration-number disclosures, and provider processing roles still require verification before public launch.
02 / Visiting the website
Your browser requests pages, scripts, styles and images to display the website. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamps, browser/device information, referrer and error or security information to deliver and protect the service.
The public website at https://aurevixsystems.com is hosted on Vercel. The applicable hosting plan, logging, retention and access settings have not been verified in this review. Visiting the site can therefore involve technical personal-data processing even when you do not submit an inquiry.
03 / Locally prepared project briefs
The brief tools ask for project requirements and an optional name and notes. Values are held in the page’s memory so you can switch services, review, edit and download a text file. The application does not send these values to Aurevix or save them in an inquiry database, cookies, local storage or session storage.
Refreshing or leaving the page clears the application’s draft memory. Your browser’s own autofill or session-restoration behavior is separate. Downloaded files remain on your device under your control until you remove them.
Downloading a brief does not submit an inquiry, place an order or make a payment. To share it, attach it to an email and send it yourself. Avoid entering sensitive information, passwords or payment-card details.
04 / Inquiry form, email and the copy-email action
The Contact page inquiry form sends your full name, email address, selected service, project description and optional budget to our server when you choose Send inquiry. Our server uses Resend to email the complete inquiry to info@aurevixsystems.com in our Zoho Mail mailbox, where received inquiries and correspondence are stored. After Resend accepts that notification, our server attempts to send a short acknowledgment to your email address. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
We use information you choose to send to respond to inquiries, clarify requirements, deliver agreed services and meet applicable legal obligations. Resend and the receiving email providers process email content, recipient information and delivery metadata under their applicable service arrangements. General inquiries and project records remain subject to the approved retention periods below; provider-controlled logs and backups require separate verification.
Basic spam and duplicate protection uses temporary in-memory counters and hashed identifiers derived from request IP addresses, recipient addresses and submission details. These records are used for up to 24 hours and cleared on later requests or a process restart; they are not an inquiry database. The form does not add cookies, local storage, session storage or an admin panel. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive information.
Email links still open your chosen email application without automatically sending a message. If you send an email yourself, your provider and our Zoho mailbox process the message, attachments, contact details and email metadata. The copy-email button writes our public email address to your clipboard; it does not read your existing clipboard. Local project-brief review and downloads remain separate and are not automatically submitted.
05 / Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The inspected application does not set its own cookies, use local storage or session storage, or include analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social widgets. A clean-browser check of the local site and brief download found no cookies or browser-storage entries.
Browsers can cache downloaded resources. Hosting and security-provider behavior must be checked separately. The browser checks and source review do not establish every provider-controlled log, backup or account setting.
06 / External resources and links
The current design loads DM Sans and IBM Plex Mono through Google Fonts. Your browser requests stylesheet and font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These requests expose network/request metadata, including your IP address, to Google; brief field values are not included in those requests.
Portfolio screenshots and other website images are served as local website assets. Project and social links lead to separate websites when you choose to follow them. There are no embedded project sites or social-media frames. Those external services have their own privacy practices.
The legal basis and any consent or international-transfer requirements for externally hosted fonts need review before launch, including whether to serve the existing fonts locally.
07 / Service providers
The website uses Vercel hosting, Resend for transactional inquiry emails, Zoho Mail for the business mailbox and Cloudflare for domain/DNS management. DNS management alone does not establish which Cloudflare proxy, security or analytics features are enabled.
Providers may process information needed to perform their services under their own terms and the applicable service arrangements. Production settings, processing locations, contractual safeguards, Resend processing and retention arrangements, and any international transfers must be verified before launch. The inquiry integration does not itself deploy the website or change those provider settings.
08 / How long information is kept
The owner has approved the following standard retention periods for records Aurevix Systems controls. These periods describe the intended company policy, not a guarantee about independent provider logs or backups. Retention may be longer where required for tax or accounting obligations, contract performance, a dispute, or other applicable legal duties or claims.
Aurevix will need an operational process to review and delete records when their applicable period ends. Deletion is not currently automated, and provider backup/deletion behavior still requires verification before the final notice is published.
- General email inquiries that do not become client projects: 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. If an inquiry becomes an agreed project, the relevant project-record schedule applies.
- Completed client project correspondence and records: 3 years after project completion, unless a longer applicable legal, tax, accounting, contractual or dispute-related period applies.
- Invoices, payment and tax/accounting records: kept for the periods required by applicable law, which may exceed the ordinary three-year project-record period.
- Hosting/access/security logs: confirm the actual Vercel plan and any applicable Cloudflare service settings and provider-controlled retention periods; the company email/project schedules do not set provider log retention.
- Zoho mailbox copies, trash and backups: actual deletion and retention behavior must be verified and reflected in internal procedures.
- Downloaded local project briefs: remain on your own device under your control and are not automatically deleted by this website.
09 / Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without preparing a brief or submitting an inquiry, leave the optional budget blank, and choose whether to send an email or attachment. Contact info@aurevixsystems.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing, object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where relied upon, or complain to a relevant authority. These rights may have legal conditions and exceptions.
Applicable lawful bases for each purpose, any required international-transfer safeguards and the relevant complaint-authority details need legal review. This draft does not invent a jurisdiction, universal response deadline or a promise that all records can always be erased.
